About the Kixx

The Lionville Kixx are a U11 boys' soccer team based in the Lionville area of Chester County (Downingtown, PA). The Kixx are a travel team founded as a U9 team in August of 2009 to provide younger boys with an opportunity to play soccer at a more competitive level. The Kixx are affiliated with the EPYSA, and currently play in Division 2.

The Kixx found success right away, with solid performances in four tournaments during the summer of 2009. They ended 2009 as Delco Division 3 champions in their inaugural season, followed by a victory in the United Sports 2009 Winter Indoor Soccer Tournament, after which they decided to move up to Division 2 for 2010. Their success has continued through 2011, with tournament victories at the Battle at Hilltop and the Warrington Summer Classic.

The Kixx are a merit-based club, and tryouts for the Kixx are held in the Spring. For more information on the Kixx, please contact Head Coach John D'Angelo.
