2009 U-11 Girls PAGS Results
The Lions competed in the highly competitive PAGS U11 Championship division for the fall season of 2009. Once again, the Lions scored a winning season and reached the semi-finals for their divisional playoffs! After a rough start to the season with 3 losses in their first 4 games, the Lions dug in and were undefeated for the remainder of the season. Having moved to the larger playing field in 2009, this was a year of growth for the team, with several new players being added to the roster. The Lions trained hard with their coaches and team trainer throughout the season and the results certainly show. They continue training sessions and Winter league play during off-season. Watch out for them in 2010!

Lions are Finalists at 2009 Dillsburg Dual Shootout - October 2009
The Lions claimed 2nd place at the Dillsburg Dual Shootout tournament held October 10th - 11th , narrowly missing the Championship plaque by a mere goal. The Lions played 3 mini- qualification games and one full game on Saturday. Then on Sunday they played a total of 4 full games. The games were all tough, but the Lions only gave up 3 goals the whole weekend. Congratulations on a fantastic weekend Lions, keep it up!!! Written by Jamie #6
Lions Win Gold in 2009 Battle at Hilltop - August 2009
The Lions won the Battle at Hilltop Soccer Championship on August 16th in Royersford, PA. Playing in oppressive heat and with no subs for Saturday and only 2 for Sunday, the Lions won all 4 of their games in the championship round, including outstanding defensive efforts with 2 shut outs and allowing only 3 goals total. Offensively the girls scored an incredible 24 goals to win the championship for the Girls U11 Division II flight.
Lions Capture 2009 Shoot for the Cure Championship - May 2009
The Lions captured another Championship at the Shoot for the Cure Tournament May 16th and 17th, 2009. The Lions handily won each game, racking up a whopping 17 goals with only a mere 3 goals against. 2009 Shoot for the Cure Tournament
Lions Capture 2009 USTC Indoor Championship - March 2009
The Lions captured the USTC Indoor Soccer Championship for 2009. Preceded by victories over Spirit United Gaels and SCCSA the girls completed the playoff round with a hard fought 2-0 win over West Chester United in the Championship game. They won the gold and also extended their current unbeaten streak to 10 games!

Lions Win Dillsburg Dual Shootout Championship - October 2008
The Lions competed at the Dillsburg Dual Shootout over the Columbus Day Weekend. The girls played their hearts out in the unseasonable October heat, participating in 3 nail biting shootouts, and came home with the CHAMPIONSHIP plaque.

2008 PAGS Season Results
The Lions scored a winning 2008 PAGS season! Playing in the very tough and competitive PAGS Division 1 Man Utd bracket, the Lions fought their way to a record of 5 wins 3 losses and 1 tie. This is considered a premier level division and features some of the top U10 girl’s team in the Southeast Pennsylvania area. While getting off to a tough start with losses in their first two games, the girls never gave up and followed up with a 5 game unbeaten streak winning 5 of their last seven games, with one tie and a loss.
In their last game, playing against a very tough Westmont team away from home and in the rain, the Lions came from behind with the same grit and determination that showed their never-die attitude. Congratulations Lions on a fantastic season!
