Semi-Finalists-2010 Hockessin Spring Classic

This past weekend the Storm competed in the 2010 Hockessin Spring Classic soccer tournament. 

They competed in the Top Flight against teams that normally play in upper divisions during the regular season. 

They finished out the day with 1 win, 1 loss and a tie. 

They opened play recording a 2-1  second half come from behind victory vs a very talented

Indian Mills Soccer Club (NJ). The second game of the day resulted with the Storm tying  the eventual

Tourney  Champs- West Chester  Eagles 1-1, the Storm controlled the play for most of the game giving

up the tying goal with-in the last 5 minutes of the game.  It was a great match up and a very exciting game. 

The Storm lost in their 3rd  and final game of the day to a very physical and skilled Hockessin Blaze

.  The Storm girls stepped up to the level of competition and had a very successful tourney.  Great Job Storm!
